WHAT WE DO

And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony. And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.

— Colossians 3.14-16

‘One Another’

The New Testament describes the church as a community of believers, so we emphasise authentic, committed relationships with one another. And since relationships are ongoing, we meet regularly throughout the week, mostly in homes, and often casually. We gather to seek God through His word, to praise God, to pray to God, and to strengthen and encourage one another.

‘Worship’

Typical to most Calvary Chapel churches, is our simple, systematic teaching through the Bible. Praise and worship through music and song is also an important part of our gatherings – our style is contemporary along with classical hymns and choruses.

Mission

Fundamental to who we are as followers of Christ is a call to take the good news out into the world, in word and deed. So, we seek to be involved in ministry in both our local community, and beyond.
